It is almost an impossible task for a spam filter to catch 100% of spam emails. However, without your emails going through these filters, you would receive many of these nuisance spam emails. The spammers (the people who send the spam emails) and the designers of the spam filtering software are constantly battling with each other. So, for example, if some spam emails start getting through the filter, the designers/programmers need to update the filter and put in place greater measures in an attempt to prevent future occurrences of this. In turn, the spammers find ways to get around these new measures, and the cycle continues.

We will then pass on this information to the spam filtering company and they will in turn investigate, and if necessary update the rules applied to your emails so that it catches all of these spam emails.
