The technical department have over 35 year’s cumulative experience in the hardware and software support of LAN and IT equipment.

Our qualified and experienced staff have been supporting Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Server 2003 standard and Microsoft ISA server 2003 since their introduction and have gained exceptional expertise in the support of these software products.

All our technical staff have experience in, and the required technical abilities to support, all IBM compatible pc’s and servers ( this includes all major brands DELL, IBM, etc) and all standard peripherals on your LAN network, this includes printers, scanners and other associated hardware devices.

DB Systems operate a support desk for the 1st level of support, once a call is logged an engineer will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone, if no resolution is possible then an engineer will call to site to resolve the issue.

DB Systems have direct contact with all support staff. We can quickly and efficiently re-route an engineer to your site for mission critical issues and for call escalation if the need occurs.
